Dear Mr. Richard

Your company recently installed rain gutters on my house in Country Meadows. As someone who has worked with your company for over 3 years, we were very disappointed to see the documents you produced for our latest Drivers Co. publicity campaign place on 12/12/2016. Attached is a copy of the invoice showing the work was completed and paid in full.

We were very happy with the service we received and your crew was very kind and professional. As our written agreement stipulated, we expected full color leaflets with fancy explanatory texts, but instead, we found that black and white photos had been included in the prepared leaflets. I think you will agree that a communication problem exists.

We ask that you send your crews back out to complete the job that was paid for, replacing the gutters that have detached and inspecting the remainder of the gutters for similar issues.

We would like you to send out a photographer to provide us with the promised color coverage, or provide us with a refund.
